What shipping methods do you use?
Orders are shipped using USPS. Exact shipping method depends on product weight and shipping address. Your actual shipping method will be will be displayed both in your cart and upon checkout. The shipping method you see at checkout and on your invoice, will be the method we will use. All order, will require a signature for delivery. No PO Boxes, no Will Call Pickups Permitted.

How much does shipping costs?
Our shipping costs are easy to use and can be seen in the tiers below. There is absolutely no additional charges for handling. What you see below is what you pay, and all orders include USPS insurance.

  • $0-$999 Orders: $8.95 Flat rate (USPS Priority Mail) will require buyer’s signature upon delivery, no exceptions.
  •  $1,000-$2,999 Orders: $12.95 Flat rate (USPS Priority Mail) will require buyer’s signature upon delivery, no exceptions.
  • $3,000+ Orders: $16.95 Flat rate (USPS Priority Mail) will require buyer’s signature upon delivery, no exceptions.

How long will it take Sir William to ship my order?
That depends on your location, as well as the shipping method. Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days of cleared payment. Payment clearing timeframes for all payment methods are listed below.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
All orders are fully insured by the USPS, up to $5,000, and $50,000 for FedEx. If your purchase order is lost in transit, please call us at 310-888-635-0694 within three days of the expected delivery date, and we will work with you to help recover it. In the event the package cannot be recovered, we will help you with the insurance claim for a full reimbursement, or reshipment. The maximum insurance coverage for USPS is $5,000, for FedEx it is $50,000.  (All purchases over $50,000 will be shipped by special transportation carrier arranged by you).
